We offer free shipping with all orders over 130€ in mainland Spain. All orders are processed Monday to Friday, except holidays. Zhana Pekotti cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.

For online purchases, Zhana Pekotti will refund the purchase price of merchandise that is returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original packaging and label intact and attached to the item. 

Merchandise must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days following the date of delivery.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Return of party items, accessories and bathing clothes will not be accepted, except for factory default.

Zhana Pekotti reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Zhana Pekotti sole discretion.
